January 18, 2023 – Overhead Door Corporation, a leading provider of door and access solutions, has acquired Door Control, Inc. and the business of Door Concepts, Inc., based in Londonderry, NH (“Door Control and Door Concepts”), effective this week. Door Control and Door Concepts are the market leaders for service and installation of automatic door products in the New England area (New York, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont). Door Control and Door Concepts will continue to operate under their existing names as part of Horton Pedestrian Access Solutions (“Horton”). “I am pleased to welcome Door Control and Door Concepts into the Overhead Door Corporation family.
