VPM Solutions today announced the release of two new Aptly workflow and CRM training courses designed for the property management industry. “Intro to Aptly” and “Advanced Aptly” are now available through the VPM Academy learning platform, offering structured education for teams seeking stronger processes and improved operational performance.

Developed in collaboration with PM PathBuilders, the two-course learning path provides foundational and advanced instruction for Aptly, a CRM and workflow tool used by property management companies to manage communication, tasks, and internal processes. The new courses expand the VPM Academy’s catalog of industry-specific education built for virtual assistants and property management professionals.

Advanced Aptly expands on those concepts with training in higher-level automation tools. Learners are taught how to use card sources, build automated triggers using filters, and design cross-board processes that reduce manual steps and increase visibility across teams. The course also demonstrates methods for integrating Aptly workflows with property management software to support more consistent communication and task management.

Both courses were developed to address common operational challenges in the property management field, including task duplication, inconsistent communication, unclear workflows, and delays caused by manual processes. The curriculum is built to support property management operators, leasing teams, maintenance coordinators, and virtual assistants working within the industry.
