Anubhav Mittal Brings $10B M&A Track Record to ADM’s Global Strategy
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – JULY 21, 2026 – Anubhav Mittal, vice president and global head of Business Development & M&A at Archer Daniels Midland, has directed or contributed to approximately $10 billion in strategic transactions over more than two decades in finance, corporate development and business transformation. His work spans opportunity assessment, valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation and post-close value capture across complex multinational organizations.
In his current role at ADM, the executive leads the company’s global agenda across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and selected capital investments. The scope of the Anubhav Mittal ADM mandate reflects a career built at the intersection of financial discipline and strategic execution, with experience in portfolio shaping, enterprise capital allocation and decision-making at the board and senior leadership level.
Previously, he served as chief financial officer of ADM’s Nutrition Business Unit, an approximately $8 billion global business serving both B2B and B2C markets. In that role, he led commercial finance, operations finance, FP&A, controlling, strategy and M&A across an organization of more than 14,000 employees. His work included working capital reduction, margin improvement and governance enhancements coordinated with investor relations and external reporting functions. Earlier, he served as vice president of finance and CFO for ADM’s Global Pet Solutions platform, where he led restructuring and turnaround initiatives during a period of approximately 20% compound annual growth.
Before joining ADM, his corporate strategy work included senior finance and development roles at Kellogg Company, where he served as vice president of finance for Kellogg North America and senior director of Corporate Development & Strategy. In those positions, he oversaw growth strategy, portfolio initiatives, restructuring and global investment opportunities. His earlier career included advisory work at Booz & Company, focused on strategy, go-to-market transformation, post-merger integration and operational improvement across industries.
