Takahisa Karita Selected as Top Serial Entrepreneur of the Year by IAOTP
Takahisa Karita, CFO and entrepreneur, was recently selected as Top Serial Entrepreneur for 2024 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than two and a half decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Karita has certainly proven himself as an expert in his field. As a dynamic, results driven leader, Mr. Karita has extraordinary experience in various fields, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, IT, and finance. Takahisa Karita is a serial entrepreneur who has a stellar vision and an unbeatable spirit. He is the co-founder of UNIPLAT, a platform that supports over 120,000 entrepreneurs and researchers from over 135 countries to collaborate and access global opportunities as of August 2023.He is also a member of Forbes Business Council, where he shares his insights and expertise with other leaders and influencers.As the CFO of CDTEC China, a leading education technology company that serves more than 5,000 kindergartens in mainland China, he oversees the financial and business development strategies of the company. He is also an advisor board member of several organizations, such as Tsangs Group, Safely 2 Prosperity, EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH), and others, where he leverages his investment and industry knowledge to help them grow and innovate. He is passionate about creating value and impact with technology and fostering social responsibility and sustainability.
Mr. Karita’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to Entrepreneurship, Corporate Finance, Management, Corporate Development, and Investment Strategies.
Before embarking on his career path, the 28-year-old Takahisa started a bio-venture company in Japan. He later had to sell the company because of the economic downturn in 2008. Through it all, he kept his head up and contributed his management expertise to various businesses. Fortunately, one of the businesses he managed, a Chinese company specializing in educational software development, experienced consistent growth. The system is now used in classrooms across mainland China. He expanded his educational business field focus with Unify Platform AG.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Karita has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his accomplishments. This year he will be considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. He will be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the Nashville Gaylord Opryland Hotel next December for his selection as Top Serial Entrepreneur of the Year.
In addition to his successful career, Dr. Karita has been involved in the Collective Changes project since 2014. Collective Changes is a partnership of the best software, technology, curricula and social business operators around the world. Collective Changes is building a global network of mentors and educators to encourage a world of job growth, economic empowerment and a growing circle of women who share their skills in business development to provide a more social, economic and politically stable environment in the world. In addition, he is an active member of the Children’s Emergency Response Preparedness charity, which falls under the umbrella of The Rochefort Foundation. In the future, they are looking to create several additional external programs in rural areas that will benefit citizens from barter markets for excess produce to and advanced emergency response training certification programs to enhance the economy of the communities; the well-being of the citizens and the ecologically friendly, self-sufficient advancement of the preparedness programs for citizens in cooperation with government from the local to national levels
