Co-living is a modern practice in which rooms are rented as opposed to whole properties. These properties have the capacity for 3-7 individuals. Senior Co-Living is this but has the added benefit of taking care of aging individuals in an autonomous environment. This allows for matching seniors with similar needs, creating communal events, reducing loneliness, and allowing a smaller group of people a more intimate approach to their lifestyle and hobbies that they may not be able to fully enjoy in larger cookie-cutter-type facilities.
