Ginger-U LLC offers a transformational new program that helps freshman female students navigate new social and academic demands

Ginger-U LLC has just rolled out a new program designed to help freshman female students transform their college experience. The all-new College Transition Wellness Program from Ginger-U LLC features expert woman-led coaching that emphasizes academic demand preparedness, social skills development, and emotional resilience. The timing is particularly helpful for those who found transition into college life difficult in the first half of the academic year.

Statistics show that nearly 62% high school graduates immediately enroll into either 4-year or 2-year colleges. The transition from high school to college can be a struggle for anyone, but women are vulnerable to an entirely unique set of challenges that include finding a support system, fear of failure, lack of social support, and lack of college-level study skills. Ginger-U LLC is providing a revolutionary new coaching service that helps women overcome these obstacles and more as they transition into their college years.

Ginger-U LLC is an entire platform dedicated to women, offering coaching, products, services, supplements, a women’s health blog, and a comprehensive women’s health app. The College Transition Wellness Program is a welcome addition, bringing another dimension of support for women as they reach another milestone in their lives.

The College Transition Wellness Program features six sessions over 2-3 months in online and video formats. In-between check-ins are also included. Lead coaches are assigned based on preference and needs, and all coaches are vetted and experienced women with previous experience in coaching. They provide an emphasis on academic demand preparedness, social skills development, and emotional resilience with a goal to build independence and help young women manage themselves effectively in college.

One student, Camille, was among the first to use the program. “In one session, she [my coach] helped me create actionable steps towards my goals. I felt listened to and supported,” said Camille.

Once they’ve completed the program, students are invited to receive follow-up and ongoing coaching with their lead coach or another Ginger-U LLC coach at a 10% discount.

“We are excited to offer this program. It is incredibly relevant for many families and can transform a student’s college experience,” said Mehran Mehregany, Ph.D. and CEO/Founder of Ginger-U LLC. “Having been a college professor and freshman advisor myself, this program is close to my heart.”
