“White Jasmines” by Hasti Saadi Has Received the Esteemed Literary Titan Book Award
Toronto-based author and multidisciplinary artist Hasti Saadi has been honored with the Literary Titan Book Award for her moving and spiritually resonant novel White Jasmines. This recognition celebrates Saadi’s ability to blend philosophical inquiry, poetic expression, and emotional honesty into a transformative reading experience.
White Jasmines follows a woman whose crisis of faith shatters her long-held beliefs about love, identity, and existence. In her despair, she initiates a direct and startling conversation with God, challenging everything she thought she understood about life. What unfolds is an unforgettable forty-day journey that blurs the boundaries between the mundane and the divine, the seen and the unseen. Guided by introspection and lyrical storytelling, the narrator begins to rediscover meaning in the ordinary moments of daily life while confronting her deepest wounds.
Drawing on both philosophical reflection and spiritual introspection, the novel invites readers into intimate dialogues between a soul in turmoil and a divine presence that responds with quiet power. Memories, poetic visions, and revelations weave together to form the portrait of a Sufi in love searching for a path toward inner peace. Through this profound narrative, Saadi explores themes of faith and doubt, the fragility of identity, the resilience of love, and the possibility of transformation after heartbreak.
In her author interview, Saadi shared that White Jasmines was born from a period of intense introspection. She drew inspiration from moments in her own life when silence spoke louder than certainty. Emotional truths from her past shaped the novel’s landscape, allowing her to write with vulnerability and depth. Her aim was to create a story that honors the complexity of human experience and reminds readers that transformation begins in the quietest moments of questioning.
The Literary Titan review praised White Jasmines as poetic, meditative, and emotionally raw. The reviewer highlighted Saadi’s striking imagery and her ability to immerse readers in a world where grief and beauty coexist. The book was celebrated for its sincerity, its philosophical richness, and its courage in exploring the tender spaces between faith, love, and self-discovery.
White Jasmines is available now on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Readers who are drawn to poetic storytelling, spiritual introspection, and emotionally rich narratives are encouraged to order their copy and experience this award-winning novel for themselves.
