The day featured a new product training session on the Slkor LM2904 operational amplifier, a company-wide strategic workshop led by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, and the successful launch of the Spring Basketball and Badminton Training Event. These activities reflect the companies’ long-term commitment to innovation, strategic development, and team culture, as well as their continued business growth despite industry challenges.

LM2904 Operational Amplifier Application Solutions
The LM2904 consists of two independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated operational amplifiers. It supports both single and dual power supply operation across a wide voltage range. Under recommended operating conditions, its power consumption is independent of supply voltage.
It is widely used in sensor amplifiers, audio amplifiers, industrial control systems, DC gain modules, and general-purpose analog circuits.

LM393 Comparator Application Solutions
The LM393 is a dual high-precision voltage comparator with low offset voltage (maximum 2.0 mV). It is designed for direct compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic systems. When powered by dual supplies, it can interface with MOS logic circuits, offering a distinct low-power advantage.
Typical applications include limiters, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse generators, square wave generators, delay circuits, voltage-controlled oscillators, timing circuits, and digital logic systems.

A key highlight of the day was the strategic training session conducted by General Manager Mr. Song. Employees at Kinghelm and Slkor regard this session as a “must-attend course.”
Mr. Song is a recognized authority in China’s electronic components industry, a science lecturer with the China Institute of Electronics, and an expert on the Huaqiangbei business ecosystem. He is also a well-known industry thought leader and cultural ambassador, whose insights and stories have helped promote Huaqiangbei globally.
He encourages employees to develop strong communication and presentation skills, emphasizing that every training session is an opportunity for growth.

General Manager Mr. Song actively participated in the event and encouraged all employees to maintain regular physical exercise for better health and sustained performance.
Basketball is a favorite sport among the team, especially for Mr. Song, who has participated in multiple tournaments and supported several competitions, including the 2024 Slkor Cup Factory Basketball League, the 2024 Shenzhen Sichuan-Chongqing Basketball League, and the Kinghelm Cup 2025 Songgang Youth Basketball League.

Experienced players demonstrated strong performance and teamwork, while new employees showcased excellent stamina and contributed actively throughout the games.

Team Dinner and Closing Remarks
After the activities, Mr. Song led the team to a group dinner, which also served as a welcome banquet for new employees.
The gathering fostered team spirit and open communication. Mr. Song expressed satisfaction with the event and proposed increasing support for employee activities, aiming to organize at least one sports event per month.
