For decades, his life revolved around caring for his children while building a successful 36-year career as a civil engineer with the country’s largest telecommunications provider.

His love of writing traces back to high school, where poetry and short stories first sparked his imagination. Later, it found expression in heartfelt love letters to his wife of 44 years. When retirement and profound personal loss left him searching for purpose, Dona returned to storytelling. What began as a single idea quickly grew into many, leading to several completed manuscripts and over a hundred short stories for adult and science fiction readers.

The Gang of Hearts is his first published novel.
