ST.PETERSBURG, Fla. – Apr 13, 2026 – Scott Bartnick and Jay Feldman, founders of Otter Public Relations, were proudly awarded their third Gator100 award, presented on behalf of The University of Florida.
University of Florida alumni Bartnick and Feldman are being recognized by the University of Florida for their entrepreneurship. The duo are co-founders of one of the nation’s highest-rated and most-awarded PR firms.

After earning his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and working in operations roles at Fortune500 companies, he applied his systems thinking towards entrepreneurship, designing scalable frameworks and processes to enable businesses to grow efficiently. Bartnick has focused his work on operational infrastructure, repeatable and technology-driven systems, and strategies to help companies scale, while maintaining performance and consistency.
Feldman earned his degree in Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Florida before ultimately pivoting from the traditional medical path to entrepreneurship. Instead of pursuing medicine, he chose to build a company focused on helping other businesses grow in a strategic, results-driven way. His approach centers on creating real, measurable impact — not just short-term wins — but sustainable growth that positions companies for long-term success.
