Light-Proof Mixing: Initial mixing is performed under light-proof and temperature-controlled conditions to prevent premature activation of the photoinitiator.

Three-Roll Grinding: Multiple grinding operations using a high-precision three-roll mill thoroughly break down pigment agglomerates, controlling the fineness to ensure a smooth, grain-free application of the gel polish—this step is particularly crucial, as it must fully disperse the powder without damaging its structure, thus guaranteeing a clear and sharp “cat-eye” effect during subsequent magnetic application.

Quantitative Filling: Qualified products are precisely filled into 10ml/15ml bottles via an automated line, then the brush head is attached, labeled, and packaged.
