The five-day exhibition proceeded smoothly, with our company’s booth welcoming a continuous stream of professional visitors. Representatives from packaging and printing enterprises—hailing from Brazil as well as neighboring countries such as Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico—along with industry buyers and technical experts, stopped by to observe our displays and engage in in-depth discussions with our on-site technical staff regarding machine performance and application scenarios. This high-capacity output provides users with robust support for handling large-volume orders, effectively shortening delivery lead times and enhancing overall equipment utilization.

Compared to its predecessor, the T180 significantly expands the range of Paper Bag Making sizes it can produce, enabling it to accommodate a more diverse array of paper bag orders and further boosting the machine’s overall utilization rate. The equipment features a newly added two size handle quickly change function, allowing for the convenient interchange between two mainstream handle specifications—152mm and 190mm. This effectively resolves the time-consuming issue of handle component replacement inherent in traditional machinery, providing robust support for small-batch, multi-variety production models. Furthermore, the T180’s brand-new exterior design—characterized by a modern visual aesthetic—attracted numerous visitors at the exhibition, establishing it as one of the focal points of the booth.

E180: Versatile Functionality, Intelligent Servo Control

The E180 paper bag machine marks a significant breakthrough in terms of size adaptability. Its production range fully encompasses all specifications previously handled by both the large and small models of the previous generation; a single production line can now execute tasks that previously required two separate machines, thereby effectively boosting the user’s return on investment and streamlining production management processes.

The entire machine features a full-servo motor design, enabling precise digital control over its core motion units. Operators can conveniently switch paper bag size parameters via a mobile device; once manual fine-tuning is complete, the size configuration can be saved with one click. The system also retains a manual adjustment backup mechanism to ensure high equipment availability. During live demonstrations at the exhibition, the E180’s intelligent switching functionality garnered high praise from numerous industry professionals.

The E180 innovatively integrates the production processes for both split bottom and square bottom paper bags, allowing users to flexibly switch between manufacturing these two bag bottom types on a single machine without the need for equipment changeovers. The machine features a newly added bottom card pre-stacking function; through an optimized conveyor belt structure, this significantly expands the bottom-card storage capacity, effectively reducing the frequency with which operators must replenish cards daily and ensuring the continuous, high-efficiency operation of the production line. Furthermore, the key structural components of the entire machine also feature a high-precision linear guide design, ensuring effortless and smooth adjustment while maintaining exceptional rigidity and stability during operation.
