GAMN: Great American Food Chain Expands Board Following GreenMatter Biotech Merger, Appoints CRO Rhonda Peoples as Second Post-Merger Director
PHOENIX, Arizona – Great American Food Chain, Inc. (OTC: GAMN) today announced the appointment of Chief Revenue Officer Rhonda Peoples to its Board of Directors. The April 2026 reverse merger brought GreenMatter’s plant-based, biodegradable materials platform onto the public markets under ticker GAMN, and the combined company has moved quickly to build the governance infrastructure required to support its commercial-stage scale. Peoples joins COO Jason Oran, the first post-merger director added to the GAMN Board.
Peoples retains her role as CRO, leading strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and revenue growth across GreenMatter’s commercial operations. In 2025, she delivered $1.5 million in revenue and more than seven million units distributed internationally, secured the company’s first national retail partnership, and established European distribution through Roots Europa BV. She is currently leading the U.S. retail launch of Made2Degrade®, GreenMatter’s consumer brand of plant-based, biodegradable everyday products.
